Biblical, then, when it affirms of the Holy Spirit that he is “the Lord, the life-giver, who proceeds from the Father, who with the Father and the Son is together worshipped and together glorified”. Such Biblical clarity will stop us from divorcing the power from the person, or the gifts from the giver.
